Yoga is an experiential philosophy enlivened by tools which allow us to embody the practice. What makes these tools effective is in how they affect our deeper systems, our essential energy, and our minds. In this workshop we will practice asana, pranayama, mantra, and meditation simply and deeply, all with the goal of orienting us toward that which nourishes us. Each student will leave with a short home practice to bring our work together into your lives and support curiosity in your practice. Open to all.
