When we orient our practice toward our subtle, inner experience, we nourish a powerful relationship with ourselves that has the ability to bring focus, connection, and calm. Join Yoga Therapist Sarah Capua for an evening of breath-centered movement and meditation open for all practitioners. In this practice, we take an inside-out approach and learn to move from our breath, to support ease in the body, and bring spaciousness to the mind. Practice will be simple and adapted for each student's needs, and a variety of practice orientations will be available (including use of chairs and props). Students will leave with a simple take home practice, and there will be time for q&a so students leave with a deeper understanding of yoga and how it can support our individual path and wellbeing.
